The new minister for Cleckheaton Methodist Church is the Revd. Ray Borrett.
Ray is a Probationer minister and has responsibility for the Cleckheaton and St Andrew’s Liversedge Methodist Churches. Ray’s day off will be Saturday and his study day will be Wednesday.
Ray is married to Deb and they have moved into Cleckheaton from East Malling in Kent. Before coming to Cleckheaton, Ray served as Lead Chaplain the Kent Workplace Mission and was responsible for over 70 workplace chaplains across Kent. He also has 20 years of experience as a Paramedic.
Deb is a teacher and has specialised in primary school children with special additional educational needs. They don’t have any children but have two wonderful dogs and two cats.
